1. Senior Consultant in Elite Residential Rental Department
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of the elite residential department (corporate clients, large Russian and international companies)
- Administration and expansion of elite properties database, cooperation with landlords and property management companies
- Coordination and optimization of the relationships with regular corporate customers
- Concluding of the tenancy/lease agreements
- Attracting new customers, presentation of the company, participation in tenders
Requirements:
- Male/female, from 24 y.o.
- Proven experience in the field of elite residential rent
- Excellent communication skills, representative appearance
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus
- High level of self-organization, excellent administrative skills
- Stress resistant, highly motivated, goal oriented
- Driving license and a car (optional)
Terms:
- Compensation package + % from deals (from 30 000 rubles up to 80 000 rubles) + bonus

2. Senior Consultant in Office Property Department
Responsibilities:
- Administration and expansion of office property database, search and contract signing with new Lessors (business centres, etc)
- Administration of existing clients and search for new ones (Tenants), full legal support, contract signing;
- Office department development, public events, exhibitions, etc.
Requirements:
- Male/female, from 24 y.o.
- Proven experience in the field of office property rent
- High motivation and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, representative appearance
- High level of self-organization, excellent administrative skills
- Team player
Terms:
- Compensation package 500-700 USD + % from deals + bonus
