Multicorporate enterprise YIT has started to sell apartments in elite residential complex “Smolny Prospect”. The complex has a unique location in the historic center of St. Petersburg - close to the architectural ensemble of Smolny Cathedral known as a traditionally prestigious area of the city. Apartments in the residential complex have got wonderful views onto the Neva, Smolny Cathedral, Bolsheokhtinsky Bridge. For the project historic houses of XIX - early XX centuries will be totally renovated with complete preservation of their appearance and original facades. A few modern residential buildings will be built up as well. The architectural concept and design of a new residential complex is created and developed by the Bureau of the famous Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill «Taller de Arquitectura», whose projects are successfully implemented in many beautiful and historic cities in the world.
