"T4" Business Center, class "B+" was commissioned in September 2004. The project was performed by archetects "December 32" in a contemporary style.
The courtyard of the Business Center represents a 25 meter high atrium. Under the glass dome there is a winter garden and a cosy cafe.
The high speed unlimited Internet is free under office rental in "Т4" and signing of a contract for communication services with "Teorema Telecom" company. The connection to IP-communication and high speed Internet access is provided by "Teorema Telecom". There is an electronic system of access control, surveillance on the perimeter of the building, including the parking and in the corridors of every floor.
