The Post Rental Service comprises the following:
- 24/7 hot line | English speaking personnel
- one time “shopping orientation” and assistance in buying necessary items
- installation of all necessary equipment in the apartment
- providing with cleaning service, nurses and other required services
- drawing up a complete guide on the infrastructure of the district (nearby conveniences, shopping malls, restaurants, available recreation facilities and activities, schools, nurseries, medical and fitness centres, etc.)
- professional maintenance service | technical repair, plumber, electrician
- full coordination with the Landlord on all issues
- quarterly check up on the state of the apartment
- assisting in payment for electricity, phone bills, Internet and other required payments
